I am on a perpetual search for the best Pho in Vegas. Can't say if Sidestreet is the top one for me yet, but it's pretty good! F O O D: - Ordered the pho bac biet (combination) and first the portion is HUGE! I couldn't even finish the entire bowl and usually at most places I can. The quantity of beef is generous, and each cut is perfectly cooked and tender. My favorite piece was the tendon, super gelatinous and soft. - The broth had a good flavor, - Ordered the spring roll. I LOVE how balanced the roll was here. Some places have their spring rolls with too much rice noodles, compared to meat and veggies, but I found the spring role here perfect! The noodles were also perfectly soft and chewy. - Only con would be the spring roll sauce! Very sweet and peanutty, and not spicy at all. I had to add my own sriracha and hoisin sauce to mix with the peanut sauce. S E R V I C E: - Nice family run pho shop. Pho comes out fast as it should. A M B I A N C E: - Plenty of table space and decorated to look like you're outside in Vietnam.

My new favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Las Vegas! This is the best place to get bun rieu. I get that, the lemongrass chicken, and iced coffee. Service is quick and staff are kind.

We came here because my hubby is feeling a bit under the weather. I ordered the make your own pho with rare steak and the spring rolls. The broth on the pho was amazing. It totally hit the spot and the steak was really tender. The egg rolls were crispy, delicious and fresh. My husband got the rib eye rare steak which comes with its own hotpot but I failed to take a picture. The meat was great quality and tasted delicious. Service was quick and attentive and the inside is cute because it looks like the tables are on different streets. Would definitely recommend this place if you are in the mood for pho. The prices were decent, not cheap but not super expensive either. The food quality is worth it, and make sure to try the Vietnamese coffee! It's really good as well!
